Conscious pregnancy helps women to become more aware of themselves and the impact that they have on their child before birth and after. The state of the mother to be, her health, her mind, her relaxation, her strength, all of that will affect the development of the baby.

by practicing kundalini yoga for pregnancy: the state of mind of the mothers can be more relaxed and meditative, which will empower them during pregnancy, enhance their awareness of being a woman and prepare them for birthing.

A conscious pregnancy Kundalini yoga class is very similar to a normal Kundalini yoga class, what changes is that the focus is on strengthening the women’s mind and body through appropriate sets for expecting women. In doing so, more emphasis is placed on breathing and focusing the mind. Conscious pregnancy classes help students reach the aforementioned goals though the practice of Kundalini yoga which includes lectures and discussions on conscious breathing, transformation from woman to mother; connecting with your child; nutrition; breathing and relaxation; massage; body care; massage and baby yoga; the 40 days milestone; couple and relationships; and much more.
