
Yoga with Lili
Liliana Rodriguez Cortes has been practicing different styles of yoga since 2001 while in college in Mexico and Canada. She started practicing yoga to help her with a thyroid issue, and after almost two decades of positive results Yoga has been an important part of her personal growth.
She dedicated herself to the formal study of yoga when she moved to NYC in 2012 from Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, where she worked with coastal communities to reinforce sustainable livelihoods.
In 2013 Liliana got certified as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Prenatal Yoga teacher by KRI and IKYTA. She is also certified in Restorative Yoga by Ishta Yoga. She studied Sat Nam Rasayan meditation with Guru Dev. She teaches in English, Spanish and French, and is committed to inspiring each student to find their inner power and wellbeing through mantras, movement, and meditation which unify breath, mind, and body. The daily practice and teaching of Yoga are essential parts of her life.
